Introduction

We’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded Content Creator to join a growing team and take ownership of their social media and content strategy.

This is not just a videographer role.
This is for someone who can think, create, and drive results.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and execute a monthly content plan
  • Create engaging short-form & long-form video content
  • Film and edit content (on-site, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Own the full content process:
    Concept → Shoot → Edit → Post → Engage → Track
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Turn content into engagement, leads, and sales

Desired Experience & Qualification

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong creative thinker with original ideas
  • Someone who understands how content drives business
  • Confident filming and directing content
  • Basic to intermediate editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house environment
  • Self-starter with initiative and ownership mindset

 

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with lifestyle or brand content
  • A strong personal portfolio (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Understanding of trends and social media growth

Package & Remuneration

Salary

R25,000 – R35,000 per month (depending on experience)
